Ik ben geboren op zaterdag 26 Juni in White plains, NY. Ik was toen 21.2" (53.8cm) en 8lb 5 ounce (ongeveer 3700 gr). Omdat ik in Amerika geboren ben ik dus Amerikaan, maar mijn ouders zijn Nederlands dus heb ik twee nationaliteiten.
I was born on saturday the 26th of June in White plains, NY. My length was 21.2" and 8lb 5 ounce. Since I was born in the US I'm an American, but since my parents are Dutch I'm Dutch too.

I built up some appetite during the 12 hour labor, so here I am lunching at chez mommy.
Of course, daddy is very proud too.

Here I'm having my first father-daughter talk. I didn't quite get the facts of life talk he gave me. He wanted to be in time for my first period which I may have within a couple days. Don't you believe me? Ask my daddy.

Here is mommy in bed with the "beschuit met muisjes". A Dutch newborn custom that doesn't translate very well. It is toast with muisjes. Muisjes have an anise core and a pink or white sugar coating.

We've been wearing each other out and Daddy and I both fell asleep on the couch.
